Back Story on Two Deaths Preceeding Massacre

A Channel 7 Australia Spotlight documentary gives some background.

Martin killed his millionaire lady friend so that he could inherit her entire fortune.

He then killed his father because his dad was the trustee of that inheritence, and he wanted total control.

Martin had previously caused accidents by grabbing the steering wheel of the car when she was driving, and there's no reason not to think that that's what happened again.

And when his father was found dead in the lake, there was a note on the front door written by him saying 'Call the Police'.

Martin told a neighbor that he knew where his missing dad was before he was found.

And when he was found in the lake, he had Martin's scuba diving weight around his neck.

Martin wasn't stupid. He was a cold, calculating killer.

His first victims on the day of the massacre were the couple who had bought the house that his father wanted; it was a revenge killing.

And he chose that cafe to begin the general massacre because they had fired him in the past when he worked for them, because they claimed Martin was stealing from the till.

Conspiracy theorists tried to say that Martin was a stooge, that he was innocent, that he was a patsy, but those who know Martin have no doubt that he was a premeditated murderer.
