I'm trying to remember a similar film that I've seen but I can't recall anything about it except for a couple of scenes:

-an African general gives his child soldiers heroin saying that it is a magical substance that will make them invincible.
-a father character comes face to face with his son, now a child soldier, and the son points a gun at his father. Don't think the boy shoots, the father tries to convince him to return, but I think the boy just turns away.

Not a lot to go on here, but I would really appreciate whatever you can think of. It's bugging me SO MUCH

Blood Diamond.

I thought this film was very similar to "Blood Diamond."

I thought the same thing when I was watching this movie, but for the life of me I can't remember the name of that movie (and it wasn't Blood Diamond). But I do remember those scenes.
