Visually impressive but poorly written
Ti West needs a script doctor to help him fine tune his movies. He has an impressive visual flair, which is more than I can say for most new, young, directors.

I don’t remember this to be poorly written necessarily but it just lacked something. I found it to be just a decent modern slasher . Perhaps the slasher genre just isn’t appealing modern day?
