Rudd will ruin this movie... because the narrative, directing, and script are all gonna suck and Paul Rudd is gonna be GREAT!!! He does not fit into the movie!

How can someone ruin something that can't be ruined any further. This is just another piece of formulaic romantic comedy drivel created strictly to provide work for A-list actors and nothing else. It will draw reasonably well in the box office becuase there are always people that will go to a movie for a specific actor/actress alone, despite the storyline. It doesn't matter who play's Paul Rudd's part - the movie will suck anyway! It's movies like this that make Americans look stupid and simple in the eyes of the rest of the world.
sharejoaoiria2, have you seen how do you know yet? paul rudd is the number one reason to see this movie as you said. i saw it today, and i have one question. how did jack nicholson get paid 12 million for his bit part and paul rudd only 3 million? jack was as unenjoyable in this as paul was great in my non-expert opinion.
paul needs a new agent or whatever person does the negotiating of his salary.
Paul Rudd did not generate good chemistry with Reese Witherspoon.
The same can be said between her and Owen Wilson.
That is one reason why the movie was a disaster.
Paul Rudd is far more talented, and much better looking, than Owen Wilson. Though I do like both of them and think they both can be very funny.
