By cuckolder are you referring to the man being cuckolded? If so, he is simply called a cuckold or cuck. The gf/wife of the cuckold is generally referred to as a hotwife. And the dominant male is referred to as the bull.
Most men that are interested in it, unless they met their partner in a singer's scene, tend to tiptoe into the subject. It's a gradual process to gauge their partner's reaction.
