How do you take a bunch of funny actors and make something so unfunny? This show is painful to watch.

It's not so bad seeing it through the lens of Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, ER, House, etc....after all, THOSE shows are ridiculous.
Most of the references are a bit on-the-nose, but moments like "prep the OR. You better be right this time" from the first episode makes it worthwhile to me. I suppose like any other [as] show, it's either you get it and love it or you don't and hate it.
