Mkay, so dozens of sources (including Wikipedia) say that Michael Cera is in all of the episodes of Children's Hospital as Sal Viscuso. Is this an inside joke? If it is, they got me, because I've been searching for the past half hour to find more info on this and found nothing.

shareI didn't even know it was Michael Cera doing the P.A. voice until I read about it. I always pictured the voice coming out of a pretty young lady. But now that I know it's him I totally hear it. strange.

shareIt took me.. into the SECOND season..when I finally PINPOINTED who it was.. clever... the MASH joke.. never knew his name.. who did the PA announcements.. was looking over episodes.. then I noticed one episode when at the end.. he says something like.. "Dick Hertz to surgery".. and it finally dawned on me who the voice was.. LOL.. half the time.. its just so much background noise.. you can't always make it out..
