Did she really (spoiler)?

Well I actually wondered if she survived the whole thing. I mean of course the wolves did not kill her because they already killed the prep and the stoner so why kill the blondy right?! But honestly when she lies on the street, like really you just survived this horror trip and then place yourself right in that dirty snow, on the street instead of staying at the side of the street, in the white snow where everyone would see you perfectly with your pink jacket right?! Well anyways she gets into the car and hears her bf´s voice and then falls asleep but will she wake up again or is she actually dying? Whaat do you think, because I actually had the feeling that she was finding peace and dies, but maybe that´s just me?!
