Opening weekend: $50m domestic + $130m international

After the Thanksgiving duel between two female-driven movies, Moana 2 and Wicked, the holdovers will give way to Christmas’ two big tentpoles: Paramount’s Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Disney’s prequel Mufasa: The Lion King.

Given the teenage boy and gameboy rage, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 will upset Mufasa in its domestic opening with high $50Ms to $60M. Some rivals even believe there’s a greater gap between the two well north of $10M. However, in its global debut, Mufasa is king at $180M. Sonic the Hedgehog 3 won’t begin its overseas rollout until Christmas Day.

you're literally just reposting an article , and copy pasting the first 2 headlines?

Not even going to make a post at all? What's the point of moviechat then?
We just copy and paste headlines and link articles and hit post now?

People are interested in Box Office.
These posts are far more relevant than the shit from incels and anti-woke trolls who repost hate from X and YouTube, and would be banned on any other forum. Like "Disney Craps Out Another Cash-In"!

At least I contributed something rather than just stealing some article and copy/pasting it

"People are interested in Box Office."

No, not really. Who the hell is INTERESTED in "box office" numbers? Other than no life fangirls and fanboys of some franchise who want to quote the exact box office numbers and exact ticket revenues . Who cares? If a movie makes "XX" million or "X" million it has no bearing on the quality of the movie or whether it was worth watching.

Who cares? All that matters is, is it any good or not.
