Nicholas Hoult is so annoying in this movie!

It's not that I don't like him - he's decent in other roles, but in this? Bah!! His doe-eyed looks and his overuse of the word sir make me barf. Should have given more screen time to Julianne Moore!

Then, no doubt some other user would say about Julianne Moore as being extremely annoying.

For me, both quite OK. Perfectly fitting.
Not both, everyone actually. How Ford managed to do this? Look at Lee Pace! I can't say he must get more screen time, very likely thus the film would be ruined. But in the given time he just did his best.

Christ, he was terrible. He dragged an otherwise brilliant movie down, I don't know what the casting director was thinking when they chose him. Awful.

There's nothing the least bit funny about stealing a meal from Neal McBeal the Navy SEAL.

For what its worth I think he's a fantastic actor. His performance in the second series of Skins blew me away.

Not so sure about the American accent in A Single Man though, but then I know nothing about American accents.
