Alrighty then...
This movie can be filled under the "Why was this made" category. Seemed at first like it might be interesting, but kinda just fizzled into an incoherent mess. Mike Madsen looked old and tired. His career lately for the most part has pretty much been reduced to B rated movies such as this.
