Yawns another poster who has never been in real world.

How is she an action hero?

Everything she did is possible.

Do you expect all women to be big muscle machines that is movie land not the real world.

When she came up against men who had training she was beaten every time it showed the men over powered her.

Iโ€™m glad you like her. I liked her in Trek and Guardians. But I have no interest in seeing this.

Sheโ€™s fine as a support character, but she doesnโ€™t have enough charisma โ€” or the physique (unless sheโ€™s playing a prisoner held without food for several weeks) โ€” to lead an action film or series.

The USMC's own study showed that a trained female soldier is only as effective in combat as an untrained man. It's very strange that when studios show elite soldiers nowadays, they usually cast women. There's no way that the best soldiers in the world are female.

Agreed.

And everything Hollywood does these days is strange.

Very. Very strange.

True, but it doesn't personally bother me because I know I'm viewing fiction, and the content is well written.

Is your concern that portraying women unrealistically has real world consequences that are harmful? In other words, are real women being put in, or putting themselves in dangerous situations by being influenced through Hollywood depictions like this?
