Enough of the gayness!!

This film I thought could have been much better than it was. People are saying it is a "Masterpiece" which I think is NUTS!!.. Also I'm sick of these gay plot lines all over the place nowadays. I have nothing wrong with someone's sexual preference but these days they shove it in your face ( no pun intended ) and it just makes watching these films uncomfortable for many people. You can say what you want and I'm a homophobe (which I'm not) but I'm by far not the only one that feels this way with the gay thing. I'm just not afraid to say it

Of course you are a homophobe. Otherwise, why care? I'm hetero and I couldn't care less. There are TONS of films featuring breeders. Big deal if there are a few gay films now and again. If you can't relate, don't watch them.

It's okay for someone to be gay, as long as they don't tell you about it because Heaven forbid people should actually become used to the idea that some of the people around them are gay.
But you're not homophobic.
But gays make you uncomfortable.
But you're not homophobic.

I never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.

Most of the movies have heterosexual plotlines, you don't have anything against that ? No comment...or yes, you're not a homophone, but...

Never heard of this film, just surfing channels and saw the cast of characters and decided to leave it on for a few minutes. In less than two minutes, a graphic sex scene between two men Radcliffe and someone else was on my screen, turned the channel immediately, will never watch this movie again. SO disappointed Radcliffe decided to go this route with his career. Silly naive little man. 

I so agree with the op. Enough is e-damn-enough already.

This is just a movie, and it's about a part of the life of writers from the beat generation, Allen Ginsberg being openly gay, Jack Kerouac who had a long term relaionship with Neil Cassady, Williams S Burrough, etc...

where is the problem here ? You should simply not watch this kind of movies, that's all.

For your information, not all people are heterosexuals on the planet, that's all, why hide it ? For the sake of too sensitive people ? Ever thought about homosexuals who are constantly watching movies (most of them) where only nice and brave heterosexuals are present ?
