The Way V Ended

Count me in as someone who liked the show even though it had problems. When I look how the series ended and since it was cancelled, I can think that "Hey, the visitors won." In a dark way, the ending is pretty cool. I wanted a Season 3 but I don't feel it was really that unresolved (sans Marc Singers introduction.) The Visitor's won and that's that.

How did the V's win? To us it may seem that way, but think about it if you was watching the show as a V? Their whole plot was that their race would die. This was the major plot twist for the V's. No one won the war. The season 2 finale shows a human loss, so it's natural to think the V's won. But how about the message that was slapped all over the program about how embracing human emotions and the humans was an important factor of the V's survival? So I ask again, how exactly did the V's win. From what I saw the V's fate was sealed a death of their own.

The Visitors may not have won in the long run, but they did triumph over humanity, as it stands at the end of season 2.

Whose idea was it for the word "Lisp" to have an "S" in it?

Not everyone was blissed, people without a direct line of sight were excluded such as people underground. It stands to reason that people outside a certain range of influence were not blissed either. So blissing 7 billion people at once seems like an impossibility.

But for me it's a moot point anyway. I was one of those who in the end couldn't get past the excessive amount of shortcomings, so I don't really care one way or the other what happens next.

Like I've said in the past on here "Anna won - V is done" so lets leave it be. The show had too many annoying elements to it. And none more so than that bastard Erica Evans. Her alpha female (Rambo in a bra) attitude was so infuriating to watch. Anna is the best of the bunch, the best by a clear mile. If it wasn't for her I'd have given up and went back to the original quicker than I did.
