No idea when this show was aired and when it stopped but chanced upon it while going through Netflix. What a badly written mess of a show. It has some very interesting characters and good special effects but the story writing is just bad. This had cancel written all over it from the get go.
I agree with everything you say. I was a fan of the original series and was curious about this version which I found to be vastly inferior. I liked Elizabeth Mitchell's acting. She did what she could, but the rest of the cast was... Ugh. That guy who plays Tyler is a terrible actor. The story lines phony and contrived. The blue/green screen effects were amateurish looking.The execution of the idea simply put sucked. The guys who played Hobbes and Joshua were good too. Pity. I wanted to like this show, I really did.
shareYeah, this was a pretty forgettable show. In fact, by the time a week had passed after the final episode, I had stopped caring all about it and moved on. Some people liked it tho, and by all means, you're welcome to it. I just didn't.
