V season 3 comic book series

I know we would prefer a live action season 3 but is there a chance of a comic book series 3 like what was done for other shows that were cancelled or ended.A Buffy season 8 comic book series was made a while back aswell as a Jericho and Smallville comic book follow up.At least we could find out what happened next after Anna blissed the world and what was the fate of Erica and the fifth column.

I guess it depends who owns the rights. I wish IDW would pick up rights for it, because they could do it. Or Dynamite Comics would probably make a good comic book series. Maybe the fans should get together a petition for a comic book series, because we will never see a third season or a wrap up movie.

X-files just got one as well. Yeah they should this premise will work well for a comic series.
