What was the plot for Season 3?

Does anyone know where the story was headed? They must have had several ideas since Season 2 ended so suddenly......

What was the plot for Season 3?

Teary-eyed Lisa, stuck in her prison, switching between looking sad and outright crying. No dialogue.

The plan was to trick Anna in the final episode when she wanted her last egg to look like Lisa. Joshua would've destroyed the last egg or destroy it after birth. Release Lisa out of prison. Trick Anna that its a Lisa copy. And on and on (plus Diana would've probably be saved by Joshua and hidden). So the sudden cancel forced them to end this way badly.
