Lomax's eyes

First of all, I'm a New Viewer to the show as I've only seen them for the first time recently on FearNet.

I don't quite understand why Mr Lomax's eyes are gone. He said that they were the Price he paid for Snappy the Alligator, but I still don't quite get it. Did he have to give his eyes to the two sisters so he could buy Snappy from them? I know that the conjoined twin sisters have one eyepatch apiece, and they one eye that each has also has some red markings around them.

So did they some how lose their eyes and then demand that Lomax give them one eye apiece as some kind of Transplant?

I watched the episode a couple of times, and still wasn't quite sure.

I didn't know if the series has any behind the scenes commentary or some other source that explains the characters more in-depth.

I'm fairly new to this series and watch it every Tuesday night on the FEARNET Channel too . Here is the Wikipedia page for this show ---- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychoville ---- . Click on to or scroll to the " Main Characters " section . There is a paragraph profile titled " Oscar Lomax and Michael Fry (Tealeaf) " I believe the answer might be there . This is such an excellent series and I never tire of it especially when FEARNET shows rerun marathons lol . It's too bad there is no season 3 . Oh if you're interested the " Halloween Special " for this show will be on Sunday October 30th at 9PM . I so can't wait to see it and the commercial for it was really funny too .
