I think they're all good, but for different reasons.
"Ratatouille" is a very good movie, and the characters are fun to watch. There is some really funny humour in it too, especially the slapstick stuff. The only problem I have with this movie is that if you watch it multiple times, it can get a little boring. But that's probably just because it takes time for its story, and some movie just aren't meant to be watched too many times.
"Finding Nemo" on the other hand, is a movie you can watch over and over again. But the best thing about this movie is how balanced it is. The story is engaging and just as interesting for adults as it is for kids, the dramatic elements work just as well as the comedic parts, the humour is very varied and I love how they didn't turn Marlin's and Dory's relationship into a cheesy love story.
"Kung Fu Panda 2" doesn't always handle this balance that well, I think sometimes the sillyness of some gags didn't always go with the surprisingly serious sub-plot about Po's past. But let me make this perfectly clear: this is just nitpicking. This is actually the movie I like most of the three, and I rated it 10/10 on IMDb anyway. Because when this movie gets good... it REALLY gets pretty damn good. There are some absolutely brilliant scenes in this movie that "Finding Nemo" and "Ratatouille" just can't offer. There are the awesome fighting scenes, the breathtaking falling building scene (which blew the one in Transformers 3 out of the water), the AMAZING flashback scene in Po's village and the ending with the cannons on the water... just WOW. The relationship between Po and Tigress or Po and Mr. Ping is very well handled too. Dreamworks was very subtle there, and I really like that.
So I can say Finding Nemo/Ratatouille are equally good, but Kung Fu Panda 2 is the movie I like most. I wouldn't say it's better than the other 2 movies, but I just have a passion for this one that I never had for Finding Nemo or Ratatouille.
