Had no idea that was Gary Oldman...
This guy is the master at voices and accents.
shareGary Oldman is amazing, he's a gem of the cinema of our times.
shareWas just going to start a thread about it. I'm usually pretty good at spotting the voice actors in animated movies(spotted pretty much all of them in this one down to David Cross and Dennis Haybert) but Shen was driving me crazy since I know it was a famous actor playing him but couldn't for my life figure out who it was.
Oldman is damn good.

I didn't point out Oldman right away, but it didn't take me long to figure out he was voicing Shen.
I am such a huge fan of Gary, and LOVE him as a villain. Shen caught my attention, and brought about a familairity that only Oldman can do, and that is how I identified who was voicing this brilliant peacock.
- The General has spoken.
He is a chameleon even in voice work.

Giving you a slow-clap, SeƱor Chang style.
I was also trying to figure it out the whole time. I really do love Gary Oldman, he's had so many amazing roles.
I think that actors like Oldman, not typical "leading men", are what really makes a great movie. Being the protagonist is much easier than being all the things Oldman plays, especially great villains.
Oldman is a legend. I truly wish he got got more recognition.
I definitely agree with everything been said already in this thread. The man is a legend. Just the other day, I was thinking about the character that he played in True Romance, just the way he played it with such verve and character. Then here he is, the same actor playing such a different character and getting such results. People don't give him enough recognition now, but he does deserve to be recognized as a true master of his craft.
'pay the man'
Since the performance was so great, it's a shame so many of his lines (especially ones that begged for a more witty script) were crap.
shareThey call him The Chameleon for a reason. He alters his face and voice masterfully.
