which did you like the most??? I prefer the first one, but I love both

I think both are equal in my eyes. The first one is family-friendly and a whole lot of fun, while the second one does a nice job at telling a serious, heartfelt story without getting too family-unfriendly.

Both are pretty much on par but the second once edges it with how emotional Po and Shen's story is. There are some truly magnificent moments that made this more than a kids film, a family film. However even though it is still very funny, the humour does struggle a bit up against the seriousness.

When I saw it in the theatre, I thought the second one was great. But it didn't seem as good when I rewatched it on DVD.

I would say the first is better.

The fact that they actually killed characters was a plus.

i liked the first one. i just couldn't be sold on a peacock villain. yes, cartoon, i know.
