kungfu panda and the franchise sux

first off part one was rubbish

the character who plays the bad guy was misunderstood, no one ever feels sorry for the outcast, even the master was an @sshole never giving him a chance and denouncing him before he could do anything, saying his dangerous instead of guiding him into the right direction

in part 2 the peacock WAS a villain YET like toons these days you have to MURDER the villain instead of making them change their ways which is bad teachings to today's kids

example 'the incredibles' why did the human villain didn't just CAPTURE the heroes instead of ASSASSINATING each one?!? then the human baddie gets murdered by the so called heroes at the end?

why in 'TANGLED' the old witch didn't just learn her of her ways and be saved? hell she could've joined as one of the good guys and be part of the royal family, but instead gets murdered, i mean the princess has lived with the witch for years, there's no way you can put all those feelings behind, she's like your real mother. Trust the JOCK of the character to get treated like a hero even after he betrayed even his own kind (i.e bandits)

This cartoon is no different, the panda won but there had to be a scene where the villain gets killed, why isn't this so-called dragon warrior whos clumsy that suppose to know what it feels to be dopey and judged, try to touch the villains heart?? but NO they have to have one last scene where the villain dies

Which btw i must add proves there is no such thing as FATE i mean that stupid b*tch played by michelle yeoh i.e the FORTUNE TELLER says to 'panda' you must fulfil your fate (or along those lines)

WTF?!? fulfil?? the panda lost, GAME OVER, YOU'RE the one who saved him, and after the peacock spared your life, what a traitorous b*tch

Also this "ULTIMATE WEAPON" that destroys kungfu is nothing BUT a watered down story of real life where white man stealing gunpowder from the china and inventing the gun to murder the chinese....but done in a lame fashion that DOESN'T insult the west.

CONCLUSION

this movie doesn't show the culture of china and teach kids acceptance and learning non western cultures, it also is a lame story that feels told before, dun dun dun "THE ultimate HERO" coming from somewhere you wouldn't expect

fake kungfu that looks rubbish, i've seen better on fan made youtube videos

Nothing that makes you root for the bad guys, hell i was cheering for the baddie the whole time, at least in 'monsters inc' you cheered on for SULLEY

frankly this piece of sh*t is just your typical lazy ass pixar like toon (eg. CARS) with a gimmick ...asians, and by asians i mean asian music and some asian takeaway food slipped into the toon, not real china. I still picture little white boys doing the 'slanty eyed' gesture at schools...this film doesn't teach SQUAT and was rubbish!!!

Your entire post was laughable but the bolded part was particularly amusing. Like old movies had such wholesome endings with the villian living, and learning a valuable lesson.

1937 - Snow White - The Queen: chokes herself to death but revives as The Witch, later falls off a cliff and crushed by boulder. Obviously eaten by vultures that followed her.

1940 - Pinocchio - Monstro: Slammed into a huge rock, causing him fatal head trauma.

1953 - Peter Pan - Captain Hook: Eaten by a crocodile.

1955 - Lady and the Tramp - Rat: Bitten to death by The Tramp.

1959 - Sleeping Beauty - Maleficent: Stabbed in the heart by the sword of truth, then falls to her death after she turned herself into a fire-breathing dragon.

There's plenty more but I'm sure you get the point. And this is only villians who died. There are many more villians survived but didn't learn any kind of lesson.

- Cruella De Vil
- King Louie
- Siamese Cats
- Jafar

Just to name a few. More here:

So maybe next time before you go off spouting nonsense about how cartoons today offer little in regards to "good" teachings compared to their predecessors, do a quick history check unless you want to be made to look a fool again.

Not to mention Scar from Lion King who was ripped to shreds by Hyenas.

Jafar died in the 2nd movie, hook survived and was in the 2nd movie

Then don't watch them. It really IS that simple. Also, a person who is a monster doesn't suddenly turn into a sweet, good person. Ever. So keeping them alive just asks for more trouble.
