Better than the first?

Let's admit, the first wasn't great so I'm not sure why this got a sequel, but how does the second one compare?

The first one was average and this one along with State of the Union were not so great. Donnie Yen was the only good thing about this movie

This movie was awesome I mean Vin Diesel sking in a forest and skating up the side of a bus. This was pure retarded excellence.
