The sequel that nobody demanded
Late, late, laaaaate sequels are even worse than movies based on old TV shows.

shareIt was only bankrolled because Paramount erroneously assumed that Diesel is the reason the Fast and the Furious franchise makes so much damn money.
And they want that kind of box office.
This is the exact same thought process which led to the first movie which did meh business in the first place.
I certainly won't be paying for a ticket.
Belated sequels always tank.
When will people realise you can't recapture the magic after a long hiatus.
Indiana jones 4
Zoolander 2
Anchorman 2
Rambo 4
...I could go on
Although crystal skull had its flaws but at least it was a box office hit and gave indy his happy ending with marion. Rambo 4 allowed john to return to the states and finally find peace.
shareThe first entry in this series was literally the stupidest, most juvenile and poorly acted wide release picture I've ever seen. I shut it off after twenty minutes. It was as if they asked five stoned eighth grade dropouts to write a screenplay on cocktail napkins and then shot what they came up with verbatim.
The idea that a major studio would make the first one is appalling but for them to go back to that poisoned well two more times is absolutely hateful. Watching people pay money to see this film is like witnessing the plot of "Idiocracy" come to life.
