Action and effects a thumbs up but......
loved the action sequences and seeing donnie chen kick ass is always a treat .I think they should of made him a triple X agent instead of bringing back vin .Action i give a 8/10 overall i give the movie and story 3/10 the first one was better .i understand its and action movie and is just made for entertainment purposes but it was like they didn't try turning into something interesting separate from the first film .
