Pity that it took so many years to make this film after the second. I liked the role Michael Roof (RIP) played as Toby in the previous xXx movies. Did anyone else miss him?

I literally had no idea he had passed away! I had wished Toby and Kyle had made an appearance but obviously no Toby is possible.
