Action movies don't have to be so stupid, that's why we are getting a Transformers cinematic universe now, people like stupid. What happened to good action movies? Terminator 2 is probably the prime example of how to do it right. Characters you care about? Check. Menacing Villian? Check. Good action that isn't retarded? Check. Decent storyline? Check.

Too many yoyos are looking for a cinematic masterpiece, not a slam bang in your face action film.

Even some of the dumbest action movies can work, live free and die hard is a good example. Why? Because you care about the characters. Mainly the main one.

Just got through watching Die Hard 2, dumb action movie that is so so good cause it at least has characters you care about, a good villain, and action you can make out. Today there are so many that are just hyper edited and quick (including this one) that the action just looks like a gigantic mush that hurts the eyes more than it thrills. I wish today's action director's would get that.

Trying to create a channel based on interpreting, reviewing, and even giving you something to laugh about film. Hope you enjoy what you see. Thanks in advance.
