In the beginning we see Donnie and his men take out a bunch of government agents then escaping. They met up with a guy on a motorcycle and Tony proceeded to beat the guy up and stole (?) his bike. It seemed like they were working together why did Tony take out the guy? Who was the guy on the bike?

"I said no camels, that's five camels, can't you count?"
It was basically one of the several scenes in this movie that made no sense but was cool. Like why was this guy sitting outside the CIA office, revs his motorcycle at them then takes off shooting at them at the same time. Why didn't he just shoot them when they came out? Then Tony Jaa does this completely unrealistic flip that takes the guy out and he lands on the motorcycle while it's moving.
It was a terrible plot device to show off Tony's abilities. No way would a government agent ride a motorcycle and try to shoot someone.
