Looks like the director wanted to cover all the major international release countries by having a local star to boost the sales..

That's Vin Diesel's doing. He's the producer and that is his thing and that's the only redeeming qualities of this film.

Yeah me and my friend picked this up as well. Its smart business wise and it is an accurate portrayal of diversity in our society.

The issue I have with XXX is that some of the characters are just there to be there. Im glad Vin Diesel is pushing diversity because it is long overdue, but make your characters have a purpose other than just to boost ticket sales.

Also don't just produce a movie just to boost your ego and make yourself look like a superhero.

Whats the point of a signature?
