If you're of a digital disposition don't be rushing out for this. I'll bet five bucks this'll be on digital in time for Halloween.

I don't think I want to see it on either format. I just saw a picture from the film where it looks like 8 hipsters are doing an exorcism, pretty bad.
shareWith the critic reviews coming out now and them being so poor (not a surprise as the test screenings were apparently a disaster), if the general audience feels the same way this movie will drop off a cliff edge at the box office like DGG's previous two movies, Halloween Kills and Halloween Ends.
This will all just make the rapid digital release all the more likely.
Honestly guys, this movie will be on digital in like three weeks. Why bother paying to see it at the cinema given it's apparently awful? Just my opinion, do as you please folks.
ETA: A little birdie tells me this will be on digital Tuesday 24th October. Two and a half weeks after release.
