THE TOWER ???

I THINK "FULL LOVE" THAT OLD PROJECT "THE TOWER"!!!
THIS INFO ABOUT "THE TOWER" FROM
2002 YEAR - SPANISH NEWSPAPER:

"We see JCVD work on the script of THE TOWER with two other writers. JC seems very inten. He details all the plans with precise details in particular a scene of nightmare with a monster. He really wants to make a great job contrary to The Quest accord ing to his statements.

Jean-Claude Van Damme visited Madrid in October to announce his next project, THE TOWER (may be retitled THE CHOICE). It is the history of a European who already has everything and is bored with life. He is a champion motocycle rider, owner of a big business and married. He decides to leave it all behind and flees very far, to Thailand.

There he looks for a new life and begins to take part in clandestine martial arts competitions. He suffers grave injuries in combat and falls into a coma. While in the coma he begins to have an "out of body" experience. He has a vision of a tower, in which he will have to face a series of tests (mental, emotional and physical). Using martial arts he must overcome the different tests to ascend the levels.

TOWER, a $16 million-$20 million action thriller, will be scripted and helmed by Van Damme himself in his first behind-the-cameras outing since 1996's THE QUEST.Explores SIXTH SENSE-type extracorporeal sensations. Project is now in rewrite.

A 10-week shoot will start in February in Spain and Thailand. Pic turns on a former motorbike world champ (Van Damme) who's in a coma after an accident in Thailand. He imagines himself attempting to surmount obstacles in a seven-level tower in order to save himself.

Van Damme told a Madrid press conference that the pic will present his more human side".

full love has nothing to do with the tower. JC just prefers to direct his self written movies on locations in thailand. the quest for example as well.
