My God, a film with LITERALLY something in it to offend EVERYONE.
The ch... and b... bits obviously being THE most troubling and have gotten the movie so notorious and understandably so especially with most censors around the world, but even in other departments, oh My God, disturbing scenes of sexual violence against women and at times men including c*ck eye scene towards the end, gory and brutal killings, over the top, something that will make practically everyone cringe or shudder at any moment during its running time.
Don't know if its the most disturbing movie ever but yeah its pretty much among them no doubt.
