Too ridiculous to be upsetting
I had heard that this movie really pushed boundaries in how far it went, its intensity, etc. So I watched it with certain expectations. But it was just too dumb to be moved by. I just couldn't take it seriously. There was no emotional context in the film. It felt like over the top shock value for its own sake.
