Anyone else think this was more comedic than disturbing?
I may be messed up, but I found most scenes of this hilarious.
Hobos are the new Unicorns.

Yeah, it was so over the top that it became pretty funny and not really that shocking.
sharethe part with his penis through the man's skull...just ridicilous!
"There is no end, there is no beginning. Only the infinite passion of life. "
Yes. That was the only scene that made me laugh, but it was a good chuckle.
shareAgree with you both. Most of the movie struck me as supremely blunt symbolism, but that scene was outright funny.
(I tried to stretch & tell myself it was a metaphor for how often some of us men let our wieners defeat our brains when it comes to decision-making, but in the end...nope. Just hilarious.)
I did enjoy the movie, though.
Yeah, that was literal mind-*beep*!😀
nobody lives forever...
Agreed. The absurdity was hilarious.
Did IQ's just drop sharply while i was away?
Ridiculous, yes. Funny? not really.
It really came across as more of a pretentious attempt to be shocking. It ended up being eye-rollingly bad.
This is a problem I often have with movies that tries to be "hardcore". The filmmakers obviously wanted very hard to push boundaries and disturb the viewers with horrific imagery, and I guess they did, but personally I think they overdid everything to the point where it just ended up being unintentionally hilarious. S.M. isn't a bad movie, but those most extreme scenes are ultimately its weakest points imo.
shareThe fetus scene, as soon as i realized what was about to happen i couldn't stop laughing, and then how the director kept yelling "newborn porn" after... LOL?
The woman who was strangled by a penis, I mean wow these Serbians have an even larger size trunk than African men.
Obviously the penis in the eye kill.
When the man who was just naturally about to unzip his pants to have his way with the two youngsters he had just killed (the ones who were kicking the main character in the alley).
And not to forget the very end scene where they out of nowhere has come to **** the dead family. Hilarious ending ...
Otherwise the movie was just so strange, not disturbing, but you were just constantly left with the impression if you should laugh or just gasp. Pretty much every scene involving the little girl and the main characters brother. rofl...
"Newborn Porn!" definitely gave me a good laugh.
I didn't think it was as bad as most people, but yes, this is a very messed up movie that had surprisingly good production values.
Dont think anyone was strangled by a penis in this film
sharei watched this film after i've watched Irreversible a few weeks ago.
the latter made me choke when they were shooting the rape scene in the underground tunnel and it made me feel bad for several days.
enter A serbian film, that i thought really sucked. yes it was over the top violence and i love violent films, but it was so poorly made that it actually made me laugh a few times and just stare cluelessly other times...
last scene was like a bad punchline from a horrible comic movie! you would almost expect the crowd laughing after what the bald guy says to the henchman..
i think it was utterly useless, this film gets no stars from me.
To me it was a mixture between drama, action, very dark comedy (the Vulkur guy, come on!), horror and social critic.
Please excuse my terrible redaction, english is not my native language IMDb = Catch-22
Yeah the |Vukmir character had me laughing after he gets his head smashed into the ground repeatedly and he's just smiling saying " This is film! This is film!"
Ignore the smoke.
me to it was so funny
