There were quite a few scenes of vivid violence and bloodshed. It isn't as in-your-face as something like Hobo With a Shotgun, but they definitely don't shy away from it either. Probably an 8?
I didn't know much about the real people the story was based on going into the film so it's hard to say. The film was adapted from Latif's autobiography, but I'm sure they souped it up a bit to make for a more compelling story. The love interest, for example, felt a lot like a plot device added to create conflict between Uday and Latif. I have no idea if that woman existed or not.
