where was the other brother -quday?
Did i miss him or did they completely ignore him? I thought the brothers were close?

Quasay was seen throughout the film. He is the younger brother, so he looks kind of like a kid. He is seen shortly after the double meets Saddam for the first time. He also is called by Uday while the double is being filmed on TV.
