Book?

I'm one of those people who likes to read the book before a film is released. It was very difficult to locate this one. I finally found it on Amazon, and it's being shipped from the UK.

I've seen a few snippets about the book being banned in the US, but can't find anything to confirm that. Does anyone know if this is true? I don't see how that would make sense. How can a film be released in the US if the book it's based on is banned?

I wouldn't put much stock in the book. I could tell that it was packed with lies from cover to cover. Uday Hussein is probably one of the worst pieces of human excretia to ever walk this planet, but the author is clearly after a payday/extension on his house.

It reads like a movie/thriller that would be rejected from Turkish movie industry.

The_Knight_Rider, Latif gives all the money he makes from his book to charity.

You can order it on Amazon, easy as pie. I Was Saddam's Son, by Latif Yahia.

Latif is a somewhat odd bird and hard to pin down on his life after Uday -- he got into diamond smuggling, using fake passports, lost his refugee status in Vienna for being a demanding jerk, makes dubious claims about CIA persecution. But his experiences with Uday have been largely corroborated.

Um no they havent no ones ever corroborated his story about being Uday's body double in fact everyone that was around Saddom or Uday during that time says he's lying and Uday never used a body double and that Latif was thrown in jail once for pretending to be Latif even his ex wife says he's lying his books are a huge pile of *beep* and lies.
