it insinuates that Uday had sex with the drag queen. Presumably (s)he had completed the gender transformation. I think that the stitches reference was in regards to the trans-gender, not Uday.
shareI got the opposite vibe - If Uday had had sex with the trangendered person shortly after the surgery to the point where "it hurt like hell . . . .thought I'd need stitches" - it's doubtful the drag queen would come up to him and lick his face. I got the impression that the drag queen was pre-op and still had (his) equipment and that Uday assumed the passive role - that HE'S (Uday) the one who needed the stitches (in joke).
