Who said Arab " lovers " or Arabs in general like westerners kiss mouth to mouth ?
and the wedding scene, that's not how Arab weddings done, and again what's up with spouses kiss ? it's not an American wedding in a church " YOU MAY NOW KISS YOUR WIFE " !!
The movie is full of mistakes and these are just some examples.
just for once, i wish westerners to do their job correctly when it's about Arabs or Muslims...
And I have no doubt that Eastern productions depicting Western society are one hundred percent accurate!

1- In wedding scene, there was a guy holding a digital camera ( a digital camera in the 1990s !! )
2- In the club scene, they were playing a 21st century hip hop song.
3- Right hand drive cars in Iraq !!
4- Latif's dad said to his daughter " Habibi " while " Habibi " is used to male & " Habibti " for female.
Not to mention the cultural & historical mistakes...

The digital cameras and driving on the wrong side of the road are monsterous plot holes. Misusing Habibi and Habibti just destroy the credibility of the movie.
Everyone knows the difference between Habibi and Habibti! Doy!!!

I live in the arab world, and people kiss on the mouth here, it's sort of an international/natural thing. They just dont do it in public. Usually.
I've also been to many arab weddings where they dress in western clothes, bride in all white that is. It's fairly common. It depends on where the arabs are from in the end and how modern their views are. Ive been to an arab wedding where when they say you are now husband and wife the groom and bride share a super quick peck on the lips.
The arab world is full of different types of muslims, christians etc who have their own ways. Just go to a regular lebanese wedding. You will see all those things you are saying are mistakes at the same place.
