Guy was creeping big time, I also thought it was really jacked up but funny. What kind of jackass goes around in his car creeping on high school freshman lol.

Not hilarious or even slightly funny, despite you comparing it to a cartoon. This man raped and murdered high school girls then dumped the bodies. You have a weird sense of humour.

This movie was ridiculous, I laughed at a lot of parts it was so bad.

Also that sketch is legendary.
