Does anyone else find him unlikeable?

I'm only on Season 5 but i just can't grow to like him, definitely my least favourite of the main cast

Tom is unlikeable. I never did get to like him, he's just not a nice person at all and he doesn't seem to have any redeeming character traits.

I love Tom. He's a caricature. I especially loved Leslie's impersonation of Tom in the "Park Safety" episode in the second season.

I can't stand him. I have known guys like him, and they were despicable.

I hate swag, so yeah: I hate Tom.

If I worked with Tom, we would clash. I'm more like Ron and April, but I'm also a young male his age—so even though he apparently got along with Ron and April, our dynamic might be more adversarial because of our shared (and unshared) traits.

There were a lot of times I liked him, but also a lot of times I did not, so it's a toss up

I disliked him until the Venezuela episode when he put all that cash the generals had been giving him into Leslie's park fund, when no one was watching. That moment changed my opinion and I have loved him since. He has a heart of gold.

Also in the Jerry's retirement episode, he talks about how he grew up as a "Jerry" being a brown kid in a small town and always being teased and how he reinvented himself.

I really like him.

This moment was one of his best! I like Tom as well as everyone in the cast. I agree that he can be quite unlikable at times, but I don't find him to be as much of a dick as Michael Scott from the Office. Although I still like Michael as well.

I have to admit Tom has his moments, like the one you mention where he gave the money to the park fund. And when he pushed that dentist into the pool just as he was about to reveal to the Porpoises how Leslie got their pool. He even jumped into the pool and ruined all his clothes, which for Tom is a huge sacrifice. If he wasn't so vindictive towards Jerry, I would be able to get to like him but he really seems to have some genuine malice towards Jerry. Maybe it's a combination of being jealous of Jerry, who has the wonderful life with his beautiful and adoring family, and growing up as a "Jerry" but I can't get past it.

He really annoyed me at first, but I grew to like him. I loved him and Donna's friendship.

I can't stand him. His voice is so annoying, and the way he acts is so disrespectful and degrading.
