I felt like Donna overreacted...

When they were trying to find everyone's spirit dog and the she got upset with April for picking the poodle.

I could understand why she would be upset with April for only knowing so much about her (that's she's pretty and likes make-up) but they weren't going THAT in depth with all the other characters and their dogs.

They made Ron the bulldog just because he makes the same angry face. They made Craig a chihuahua because he gets riled up like a chihuahua. So it wasn't that wrong of April to pick a poodle since Donna is girly.

I mean, you gotta have conflict to make a tv show and a lot of things about the characters in the show are exaggerated. They're good characters but still, Andy's cluelessness is exaggerated, the way April is mean almost 24/7 is exaggerated, you normally wouldn't meet people like this but they do that to make a TV show

Well yeah I get that, but I think it would've been better if they went more in depth of why certain dogs were their spirit dog. Like it would've made more sense as to why Donna would have been angry. That's why I felt like she overreacted...
