Was anyone else just bothered by her character? Idk why, but she really bugged me every time her character came on screen.

Same here; Didn't like her, didn't dislike her. She was just kind of...there. I'd say the bigger issue with her was the producers not making her a more outlandish, memorable character to fit in with the other Pawnee weirdos.
