Recurring Characters Elimination Game

Parks & Rec has the greatest casts, even for recurring cast and I love almost all of the characters, I want to know who is the most likeable of all.

Well you know the drills of this game, the only difference is I want this game ends fast so give you 3 points and you could distribute the points to +1 -2, +1 -1 -1, +1 +1 -1 or -3 if you despise the characters w/ 10 initial points below:
