I just got finished watching S6 episode "Second Chunce" and the political strategist Jen Barkley reappears. And as I was thinking about what a great character she is (and very well-acted), I decided to hop on here to see folks favorite recurring characters...But there isn't a thread for it!

So who is your favorite recurring character? There are so many good ones!

Perd is really funny. So is Joan. The two most famous tv personalities in Pawnee are so dumb sometimes that it's hilarious.
