Loved the show despite the April character.

Yes, it's a show, but really? So many things said that she should have been fired for, in front of numerous bosses. Everything dead, everything funeral. That many people would never like her. She ruins the flow.

I loved her character. And it's a tv show... She's not going to get fired for being over the top.

I think this show is supposed to be over the top unrealistic. All of the characters are caricatures.

She was hired specifically because she was excessively incompetent, as were many of Ron's employees. That was a big part of the show - it only changed because of Leslie.
