Who else LOVED part 1 and HATED part 2 ?

part 1 was scarry and i was hooked with the cannibal archers and i wanted the sequel to continue the story of part 1. unfortunately it didn't do that. part 2 was like part 1 never existed and i hated it for that. sure it had gore and entertainment but it was more bloody than serious as part 1 was more serious in it's plot and characters. part 2 ignored the surviving cannibals from part 1 and introduced us to new ones and I HATED THAT. Let's hope part 3 will return to the original "roots" of part 1. what u think ?

Nope I liked part 1 and LOVED part 2.

I hope part 3 continues the outlandish gore and kill-worthy characters theme which part 2 started.

Three Finger (whom was in the first) is in both sequels.

Agreed. I liked part 1 and loved part 2. There should be some more nice tits in part 3.

I also liked part 1 but was blown away by the splattery outrageousness of part 2.

The third one is considerably more subdued than the second one. I liked it but was just a little disappointed.

The first one is one of my favorite horror flicks, however I quite liked the sequel. It was very well-done for a DTV movie and while it's inferior, it's still good fun.

Liked part 1 but I mainly liked part 2 because of the army dude.

Wouldn't say I hated the second one but I wanted a lot more. The original is like the daddy of modern teen slashers though. I didn't really like the reality TV thing and even though the actors were surprisingly good, it was just simple entertainment while the first one I found genuinely scary.

I thought the sequel was better than the original by leaps and bounds. Admittedly though, it's a totally different movie. Wrong Turn very much catered to the mainstream movie audience, while Wrong Turn 2 absolutely does not.

To the OP:

BIG TIME. Though the first one was great but the second one, for the most part, did nothing for me.

I don't hold out much hope for the third, but will at least NetFlix the sucker to check it out...

I loved the first Wrong Turn, but part 2 was beyond horrible in almost every way.

Part 1 was great! Great effects great characters and great plot! it was way scarier than the sequel. Part two had a great lead but the effects were lame and the effects were weak. it was entertaining and gory but it was just a let down to me. And I didn't like the whole survivor theme they had going on

yeah i just saw part 3 and ur totally rite djblack! basically the whole movie was about the prisoners and their damn money will some cheap looking monsters chasing them, well basically one

Loved the 1st one but hated the 2nd one. At least the 3rd one went back on the right track
