The random naked girl who died chained up in three-finger's cabin...who was it?

I'm sure it was the female sheriff from the department where all the prisoners stopped at.

The last we saw of her was when she pulled up at the side of the road near the crash site, so she must have gotten captured.

Yeah, she was captured. You can see this in one of the deleted scenes.
