& in all reality... yes, since she is a lesbian its fine that she is the nanny. That means she won't pull the moves on Harry or accept his advances ( if he was that kinda of man, but he is not) the problem I see you bringing up that even if Erin the nanny is lesbo that doesn't stop Harry from looking at her boobs and fantasizing about her and spending time with her. But that worry is for insecure people. Harry loves Charlotte and Charlotte loves Harry... Charlotte is uptight and she wouldn't of hired Erin in the very beginning if she felt threatened. Samantha and the girls reaction just got her riled.
So all good looking people shouldn't be trusted even if they have a beyond excellent resume and experiences and is the best fit? You'd pick an ugly nanny with crap experience and is not good with the kids over a hot nanny that has an education in child development and is WONDERFUL nanny?
The ONLY reason why it would "crazy" to leave Erin the nanny who is a lesbian around Harry would be if she was a lesbian AND a bad nanny who doesn't get on with the kids and is a horrible role model with no experience. thats it.
