You should check out Cube (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0123755/) which is in my opinion a superior movie

The exam is better. Cube, at least the first one (1997), was a big disappoint

Cube and Exam are so eerily similar. One of the "participants" are French. The black guy is an a bad guy. There are two, for starters. I liked both movies.

Well it is not only Argentinean, it's also an Italian and Spanish coproduction. Actually the action and most of the actors are from Spain and it is the original, as "Exam" (2009) is a remake.

The Killing Room is good but the audio editing is seriously flawed. Very hard to listen to.

Thats all I can think of right now, I like this kind of movie and its seemingly becoming a trend so I am sure there are many more.

Not sure of the title but they have one something like Battlefield ??? I have not seen it but it is supposed to be great.

maybe Battle Royal is what you are thinking of, another one which is good and along the same vein is Fermats Room, and a unique one which is Thai, I think its called 13 beloved. (actually 13 beloved is great!!)

Another movie that is similar to this is Phone Booth. The story line of both can be related and both movies take place in one location.

Come on, guys! You're missing an iconic film with the same plot: Luis Buñuel's The Exterminating Angel.

Also, I couldn't stop thinking about Jean-Paul Sartre's No Exit throughtout the film. I'm pretty sure it was an inspiration for the director.
